About Me
I’m a Washington State therapist providing compassionate, evidence-based online therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach combines clinical expertise with mindfulness, curiosity, EMDR, and is geared toward action to help clients progress meaningfully.
As a Vipassana meditator, I incorporate mindfulness principles into my work when helpful, supporting clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a more balanced relationship with their thoughts and feelings.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling internationally, reading, practicing mindfulness, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. I believe that connection, curiosity, and continued growth are essential parts of a fulfilling life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in scientific research. Rather than simply talking about problems, we'll:
Work together to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck
Develop practical skills to help you create meaningful, lasting change
Act on behavioral challenges during the week to concretize what we've been working on in therapy
Use "heavy lifting" tools like EMDR to help neutralize lingering traumatic memories
Maintain and adjust as needed if something feels like it's not working, or you'd like me to use a different approach, I'm willing to adapt and listen
Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Book a free 15-minute consultation.
